These country estimates do not constitute the total for every party or theatre. Injury definitions and reporting completeness vary. WHO’s 14 September table repeats an Iranian cumulative figure whose post-June updates remain incomplete; 60 additional deaths in 27 June–24 July are discussed separately and are not silently added. A report cutoff is not proof that every country series is complete through that day.
