Source & limitations
The 1,120 figure is a subset, not Sudan’s total. A nationwide injury total is unavailable; displacement and disease deaths are not added to direct fatalities. UNICEF reports 330 children killed OR injured in January–June, not 330 deaths; its separate North Kordofan May–June breakdown reports at least 18 killed and more than 17 injured.
